TRY THIS AT HOME! Plant a seed and watch it grow over 2 weeks. Fill a clear cup with soil, plant a bean seed 1 inch deep, water it, and put it in sunlight. Every day, draw what you see. Measure the stem height with a ruler. Write down: Day 1 — seed. Day 3 — root appears. Day 5 — sprout! Day 7 — first leaf! By Day 14, you have a plant that turned light + water + air into LEAVES! That's photosynthesis — your plant is eating sunlight!
